These Terms & Conditions govern StarReachAI's Free Website Package and optional Fully Managed Website Plan.
By requesting a free website, accepting website deliverables, or subscribing to our managed services, you agree to the terms applicable to the service you select.
The Free Website Package and Fully Managed Website Plan are separate offerings. Customers are not required to purchase a paid subscription to receive their free website.
For paid subscriptions, customers will be asked to accept these Terms before completing payment.
StarReachAI offers eligible businesses a complimentary website design and development service.
The Free Website Package includes:
The exact design, sections and functionality may vary depending on the website template and information provided.
The Free Website Package does not include ongoing hosting, domain registration, technical maintenance, ongoing updates, advanced SEO, paid integrations or additional pages.
The website development itself is provided at no charge.
StarReachAI may provide a temporary preview link so customers can review their completed website.
Temporary preview links may remain active for up to seven days or for another period communicated to the customer.
The temporary preview is provided for demonstration purposes and does not constitute permanent website hosting.
Customers may request reasonable corrections to business information, such as their business name, telephone number, email address or service descriptions, before final delivery.
Additional design revisions, new features or substantial changes may be quoted separately.
Customers who choose the free self-managed option will receive their website files and reasonable basic instructions for independent hosting.
Customers may choose to host and manage their website independently.
Under this option:
StarReachAI is not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party hosting, modifications or configurations outside our management.
Optional assistance with technical setup may be available for an additional agreed fee.
There is no obligation to subscribe to StarReachAI's paid services.
Customers who prefer not to manage their website themselves may subscribe to StarReachAI's Fully Managed Website Plan.
The plan includes:
The subscription covers hosting, technical services and ongoing management.
The initial website design and development remain free under the Free Website Package.
No separate setup fee is charged for the standard managed website service unless an additional service is expressly requested and agreed.
The Fully Managed Website Plan includes one standard available domain name, subject to applicable registration requirements.
Premium domains, specialised extensions and other domains with unusually high registration or renewal fees are not included unless expressly agreed.
StarReachAI will register the domain using the customer's business or personal registration details, wherever permitted by the relevant registry.
The customer retains ownership and control of the registered domain, subject to applicable domain registration rules.
Standard domain renewal costs are included while the managed subscription remains active.
If the subscription ends, future domain renewal costs become the customer's responsibility.
Upon request, StarReachAI will provide reasonable assistance to transfer the domain or provide appropriate management access.
Domain transfers may be subject to registry restrictions, verification requirements and third-party fees.
The Fully Managed Website Plan includes routine technical maintenance and reasonable content updates.

The plan does not include unlimited redesigns or development work.
The following services are excluded unless separately agreed:
StarReachAI may provide a separate quotation for work outside the agreed monthly plan.
Managed website subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
By completing checkout, the customer authorises StarReachAI and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method automatically each month at the agreed subscription price.
The customer acknowledges that:
Customers can manage eligible subscription settings through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance and handled in accordance with applicable law.
If a subscription payment fails, StarReachAI may notify the customer and request an updated payment method.
The following process will generally apply:
The customer may receive an automatic payment failure notification and a request to update their payment information.
StarReachAI may send a further reminder if payment remains outstanding.
If payment remains outstanding, StarReachAI may suspend managed website hosting after providing written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, StarReachAI may terminate the managed subscription following a final notice.
Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable law and the customer's contractual rights.
Website suspension does not transfer ownership of the customer's domain or website content to StarReachAI.
The Fully Managed Website Plan operates on a month-to-month basis.
Customers may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting StarReachAI.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law:
Customers are not required to continue using StarReachAI's managed hosting services.
Customers retain ownership of their business name, branding, supplied content and final website deliverables, subject to applicable third-party licences and StarReachAI's retained rights in reusable templates, tools and frameworks.
If a customer cancels the Fully Managed Website Plan:
Website files will remain available for request for at least 30 days following the effective cancellation date, unless a longer period is required by law.
After this period, StarReachAI may delete stored website files and associated hosting data after providing appropriate notice.
StarReachAI will not intentionally withhold a customer's domain or website content solely to prevent the customer from moving to another provider.
Customers agree to:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their business information, claims, qualifications and advertised services are accurate and lawful.
StarReachAI will use reasonable care and skill when providing website hosting and management services.
However, uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary disruptions may arise from:
StarReachAI will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve service issues within its control.
Third-party services remain subject to their own applicable terms and conditions.
The Free Website Package and Fully Managed Website Plan do not guarantee:
Basic website setup and technical maintenance are not equivalent to an ongoing SEO campaign.
Advanced SEO, Google Business Profile management and advertising services must be purchased separately where offered.
The customer retains ownership of original materials supplied to StarReachAI.
Upon delivery, the customer receives the rights necessary to use and self-host the completed free website, subject to any disclosed third-party licences and retained intellectual property rights.
StarReachAI retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable templates, software components, methodologies and internal systems.
Any third-party fonts, images, plugins or software remain subject to their respective licences.
StarReachAI may request permission to showcase completed website projects in its portfolio or marketing materials. Customers may decline such promotional use.
StarReachAI may collect and process customer information necessary to provide website development, hosting, billing and support services.
Such information may include business contact details, domain registration information, billing details and website enquiry information.
Payment processing is handled through Stripe or another approved payment processor.
StarReachAI will take reasonable steps to protect information under its control and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Customers are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any legally required consent when collecting personal information through their websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StarReachAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
Any contractual limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to customers in other jurisdictions.
StarReachAI provides services to businesses in Australia and internationally, including South Africa.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer protection, privacy or contractual rights applicable in the customer's jurisdiction.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.
StarReachAI may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, operational requirements or applicable laws.
Updated Terms will be published on the StarReachAI website with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing customer's agreed subscription terms without a lawful basis.
